How are we different?

Our Organic Whey Protein Natural Criollo Cacao is of the highest premium quality and has only 2 ingredients: high-quality whey protein concentrate and criollo cacao powder. The cow milk used comes from certified organic production from dairies in Germany and the EU. The whey protein concentrate is extracted from the whey using a gentle filtration process, which results in a natural fat and lactose content and a full spectrum of amino acids.

Our organic whey protein powder is characterised by a milky flavour and full-bodied, naturally creamy consistency, all rounded off with organic criollo cacao powder. All our protein powders are produced entirely without silicon dioxide, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or added sugar, setting our premium protein powders apart from others on the market.

We use particularly high-quality, airtight flavour protection bags with zippers for packaging. These offer a high level of protection against moisture and external influences. This protein powder comes with a measuring scoop, which enables quick and easy dosing.

Effects

Whey protein is derived from whey and is further categorised into whey protein concentrate, isolate, hydrolysate and clear whey protein isolate (clear whey) according to the respective production method. All whey proteins are characterised by a very high protein content and high biological value due to their complete amino acid profile, including all essential (EAA) and branched-chain amino acids (BCAA). The biological value indicates how well a dietary protein can be converted into the body's own protein.

Whey protein concentrate naturally has a higher fat and lactose (carbohydrate) content than whey protein isolate.

Dosage

Directions

Mix 30g powder (1 measuring scoop) with 200–300ml cold water or milk in a shaker.

Daily Requirements

The daily protein requirement is around 1.5–2g per kilogram of body weight according to the DGE (German Nutrition Society). The DGE provides the following recommendations for protein intake:

  • Adults: 0.8g protein per kg body weight per day
  • Over 65 years: 1.0g protein per kg body weight per day
  • Those pregnant or breastfeeding: 0.9–1.2g protein per kg body weight per day
