How are we different?

The full spectrum of the organically cultivated turmeric root is preserved in each 500mg capsule of natural turmeric powder. The organic piperine, which acts as as a bioenhancer, increases the absorption of the curcuminoids by a factor of 20 (2000%). Without piperine, curcuminoids are poorly soluble and lipophilic, resulting in reduced bioavailability.

20x Better Bioavailability from Organic Piperine

Piperine is a spicy alkaloid found in all pepper varieties. As a bioenhancer, it improves the bioavailability of other compounds by increasing the permeability of the intestinal wall and blocking various liver enzymes (CYP enzymes) which would prevent the absorption of certain compounds in the first pass. Our piperine comes from an organic black pepper extract and is guaranteed to be non-synthetic and free from pesticides (which are normally quite high in conventionally grown pepper) and toxic extraction residues such as methanol, acetone or N-hexane.

Dosage

Directions

Take 3 capsules daily (equivalent to 1500mg turmeric + 15mg piperine) with 200ml water with food.

Contraindications

This product is not suitable for those pregnant or breastfeeding or children under the age of 18. Consult your physician before use in case of liver disease, gall bladder or concomitant use of medication such as anticoagulants, anticancer drugs or immunosuppressants.
