Our organic Noni juice from Tahiti is cold-pressed, not from concentrate, meaning it is 100% pure and undiluted. It also has a ripeness grade of "Nono puu." 2x500ml juice.
Our noni juice is a pure, natural product that is completely free from additives. Generic noni products on the market often dilute the noni juice with water and/or concentrates made from fruits such as grapes and blueberries. Many noni juices also contain added sugar and flavourings (both natural and artificial) to alter the taste, but we completely avoid the use of such additives.
Sunday Natural guarantees 100% noni fruit juice, which meets our high standards for quality and purity.
To naturally cold-press the noni juice, the hand-picked and cold-washed fruits are layered in stainless steel tanks, where their own weight acts like a natural press, allowing the juice to flow out freely. The juice is then allowed to mature for a few days to develop its full flavour. The juice is then passed through fine-mesh filters several times to remove any remaining pulp, resulting in a juice with excellent organoleptic properties.
To preserve the juice, no standard pasteurisation is carried out, but rather particularly gentle flash pasteurisation: the juice is heated to 75°C for just a few seconds, preserving the valuable ingredients. This is in contrast to conventional pasteurisation, which requires 20 - 45 minutes at 85 - 110°C.

| Processing | Simple 3-step process: hand-selected fruits are washed, cold-pressed and gently pasteurised. Our Tahitian noni fruit juice is traditionally obtained via the cold-pressing extraction process known as the dripping method: the "Nono PUU" ripe noni fruits are placed in stainless steel vats and the fresh juice is allowed to drip out freely. The juice is then allowed to mature for a few days before it is filtered and flash-pasteurised at 75°C for a few seconds (compared to standard pasteurisation practices of 20-45 minutes at 85-110°C). Flash pasteurisation allows heat-sensitive substances such as enzymes to be retained. Pasteurisation furthermore ensures that the product is germ-free and lasts longer. |
