Gentle Processing
This noni juice is produced by a natural process of cold-pressing the hand-picked, cold-washed fruits into stainless steel tanks. The weight of the fruit acts as a natural press, allowing the juice to flow freely. The skin and seeds of the fruit are then removed and the juice is allowed to mature for a few days in order to develop its full aroma.
Finally, the juice is passed through fine-meshed filters several times to extract the remaining pulp, resulting in a pulp-free juice with a smooth consistency.
To preserve the juice, it is pasteurised via a particularly gentle flash pasteurisation process, where it is heated to 75°C for a few seconds. This process preserves the beneficial, naturally occurring ingredients, unlike conventional pasteurisation, which requires 20 - 45 minutes at 85 - 110°C.
