Our Myo Complex for women, developed in close collaboration with Dr. Katharina Burkhardt, supports normal iron metabolism and the maintenance of normal mucous membranes with vitamin A, as well as the regulation of hormone activity with vitamin B6.
Dr. Katharina Burkhardt has been working as a hormone scientist and supervisor for over 20 years. During her professional career, she has founded various associations, appeared as a speaker at various congresses and is also the author of many specialist books.
The overall combination of selected ingredients forms a unique and innovative formula. We use a hand-picked selection of our individual active ingredients from high-purity production: vitamin B complex with vitamin B6 as the directly bioactive coenzyme form P5P (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate), vitamin B9 as the patented premium active ingredient Magnafolate® Pro with bioactive L-methylfolate (L-5-MTHF), vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, vitamin C as the special active ingredient PureWay-C®: vitamin C coated with bioflavonoids and plant-based fatty acids, vegan vitamin D3 from exclusive special production, vitamin E as a natural complex of alpha-, gamma-, beta- and delta-tocopherol and vitamin A as bioactive, 100% vegan retinyl palmitate.
The complex is supplemented by important trace elements, including zinc as a high-quality amino acid chelate zinc bisglycinate and selenium from selenium yeast, consisting of 84% selenomethionine and other forms of selenium. The complex also includes valuable phytochemicals and plant extracts, including original Veri-te™ resveratrol from fermentation with >98% trans-resveratrol, monk's pepper extract (Vitex agnus-castus L.) with a standardised content of 5% of the valuable flavonoid vitexin, pure lady's mantle extract (Alchemila vulgaris L.) and shepherd's purse extract (Capsella bursa-pastoris), premium green tea extract with 99% tea polyphenols and 96% EGCG (epigallocatechin galate), linseed extract (Linum usitatissmum L.) 20:1 with a standardised content of 20% lignans, extracts of Agaricus blazei murril (ABM) and reishi, standardised to 30% polysaccharides with the valuable beta-1,3- and beta-1,6-D-glucans, quercetin and luteolin from extraction from the Japanese pagoda tree (Sophora japonica) and a citrus bioflavonoid complex with hesperidin and apigenin.
The composition is rounded off with the purely plant-based amino acids SAMe (S-adenosyl-methionine) from the fermentation of maize (non-GMO) and NAC (N-acetyl-L-cysteine), the stabilised form of L-cysteine, coenzyme Q10 in the oxidized, bioidentical form ubiquinone from fermentation with the photosynthetic bacterium Rhodobacter sphaeroides, non-GMO, and reduced L-glutathione in the bioidentical form.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in environmentally friendly amber glass.
Take 2 capsules with 200ml of water with or after a meal twice daily.
Do not take when consuming other products containing green tea. Not suitable for pregnancy, breastfeeding or persons under 18 years of age. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Do not consume more than 800mg EGCG per day. If taking medication, only consume under medical supervision.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
