It makes an important contribution to the supply of vitamin A and vitamin K2, as well as the minerals and trace elements magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, iodine, chromium, manganese and molybdenum, and additionally provides silicon, MSM and Coenzyme Q10. Through a targeted selection of high-quality superfoods, All in One - ONE A DAY also supplies important phytochemicals from Spirulina platensis and wild blueberry.
Essentials All in One - ONE A DAY thereby provides a unique spectrum of over 30 vitamins, minerals, trace elements, antioxidants and phytochemicals.
Our All in One - ONE A DAY combines all ingredients in a harmonious ratio, ensuring a balanced, even supply of nutrients. In contrast, one-sided compositions can easily lead to imbalances that favour dysregulation or relative deficiencies. Through a targeted selection of active ingredient forms, the mutual inhibition of nutrient absorption can be minimised, which is a major problem with many multivitamins. The use of microencapsulated vitamin K2 avoids stability problems that often lead to significant nutrient losses in conventional multivitamins.
Water-soluble vitamins: Vitamin C Plus Complex with vitamin C as PureWay-C® and Polyphenol-C® with berry polyphenols. Extended B vitamin complex with bioactive premium active ingredients (riboflavin-5'-phosphate, P5P, D-biotin) including 3 important cofactors (CDP-choline, betaine/TMG, myo-inositol)—contains vitamin B12 as the MH3A® formula, with 3 natural cobalamins (methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, adenosylcobalamin) and folate as Magnafolate Pro®.
Fat-soluble vitamins: Vitamin D3 Sunferol® in combination with highly active vitamin K2 MK-7 all-trans plus natural vitamin E from sunflower oil and vitamin A as retinyl acetate.
Minerals and trace elements: With magnesium as magnesium glycinate and magnesium oxide, zinc, iron and copper as highly bioavailable amino acid chelates (zinc bisglycinate, iron bisglycinate, copper lysinate), chromium, manganese and molybdenum as premium pure substances, iodine as potassium iodide, highly bioavailable selenium as sodium selenite, natural silicon from bamboo extract and organic sulphur from MSM.
