Our All in One offers a convenient supplement containing all the important vitamins, minerals, trace elements and phytochemicals in a single preparation with just one capsule per day.

All in One – One a Day covers the daily requirement of vitamins C, D and E, all 8 B vitamins including important cofactors and the trace element selenium. It makes an important contribution to the supply of vitamin A and vitamin K2 as well as the minerals and trace elements magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, iodine, chromium, manganese and molybdenum and also provides silica, MSM and coenzyme Q10. Thanks to a targeted selection of high-quality superfoods, this multivitamin also provides important phytochemicals from spirulina and wild bilberries.

Our All in One – One a Day combines all ingredients in a harmonious ratio and ensures a balanced, even supply of nutrients. In contrast, one-sided compositions can easily lead to imbalances that favour misregulation or relative deficiencies. By selecting specific forms of active ingredients, mutual inhibition of the absorption of nutrients can be minimised, which is a major issue with many multivitamins. By using microencapsulated vitamin K2, stability problems can be avoided, which often lead to major nutrient loss in conventional multivitamins.

Water-soluble vitamins: Vitamin C Plus complex with vitamin C, polyphenol-C® and berry polyphenols. Extended vitamin B complex with bioactive premium ingredients (B2, B6, D-biotin) including 3 important cofactors (citicoline, betaine/TMG, myo-inositol) and vitamin B12 as MH3A® formula with 3 natural cobalamins (methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, adenosylcobalamin) and folate as Magnafolate Pro®.

Fat-soluble vitamins: Premium vitamin D3 from the USA in combination with highly active, microencapsulated vitamin K2 all-trans MK-7 from Norway, protected against decomposition by microencapsulation; natural vitamin E from sunflower oil; and vitamin A as retinyl acetate.

Minerals & trace elements: Magnesium as magnesium glycinate and magnesium oxide, zinc, iron and copper as highly bioavailable chelated amino acid (zinc bisglycinate, iron bisglycinate, copper lysinate), chromium, manganese and molybdenum as premium pure substances, iodine as potassium iodide, highly bioavailable selenium as sodium selenite, natural silica from bamboo extract and organic sulphur from MSM.

Superfoods & secondary phytochemicals: Superfood matrix of berry polyphenols, high-quality spirulina algae, raw wild blueberries from cultivation without plant protection products and barley grass juice powder from organic cultivation with a naturally high chlorophyll content.
