Our Multi-Mineral Complex for Women with extra iron provides a precisely balanced selection of a total of 11 minerals and trace elements, specifically tailored to the physiological needs of the female body. We have optimised this formula through the combination of highly bioavailable compounds that can be directly utilised by the metabolism. Magnesium, manganese and vitamin C support normal energy-yielding metabolism, while zinc contributes to fertility and normal reproduction, as well as to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails.
The complex offers a broad spectrum of minerals and trace elements to ensure the supply of magnesium, zinc, selenium and chromium. It contains four forms of magnesium: magnesium citrate malate, lactate, taurate and ascorbate. It also provides high-quality calcium fructoborate as well as highly bioavailable calcium glycerophosphate. Zinc and manganese are present as bioactive gluconate and bisglycinate chelates. Copper is bound to the amino acid glycine. The formula is further complemented by selenium as sodium selenite in a stable calcium carbonate matrix, chromium as chromium picolinate and boron from sodium borate. The powder is rounded off with silica from bamboo shoots, flavour-neutral iron as iron pyrophosphate and vitamin C.
Unlike conventional preparations, which often rely on inorganic salts that are difficult to utilise, this complex is based on organic compounds and high-quality chelates such as bisglycinates, which are characterised by particularly high bioavailability. The synergistic combination of the ingredients also ensures that the individual elements can fully develop their potential.

Dosage
Directions
Take 6 level measuring scoops daily, or alternatively 3 measuring scoops each in the morning and afternoon. Add the powder to an empty glass, top up with 250ml lukewarm water, stir, and drink before or after eating.
