How are we different?

Our Mito Complete B: Day Complex is a highly specialised functional blend for demanding phases of everyday life. It is designed for individual use or as an ideal complement to our Mito Support Ultra Anti-Fatigue (soon to be Mito Complete A: Morning Complex). Developed in collaboration with nutrition expert Dr. Alina Lessenich, this coordinated formula combines 11 synergistic nutrients. Magnesium and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism, while vitamin C also protects cells from oxidative stress.

The heart of the formulation is a chemically organic triple magnesium complex comprising magnesium malate, magnesium citrate malate and magnesium L-ascorbate; the latter simultaneously provides buffered vitamin C for improved tolerance. This mineral base is embedded in an intentional matrix of pure amino acids and peptides: double carnitine as L-carnitine tartrate and acetyl-L-carnitine, complemented by highly pure creatine monohydrate, L-carnosine, N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) produced by non-GMO fermentation, organic taurine and L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG). The formula is rounded off by the natural, functional sugars D-ribose produced by fermentation of glucose and highly pure D-galactose obtained from gum arabic.

Dosage

Directions

Take 15.1g (5 level scoops) daily, divided into two servings, with 200ml water and a meal.
