Content:

How the first meal of the day has a lasting impact on energy levels, satiety and metabolic health.

The first meal of the day influences far more than just feelings of fullness. It can play a decisive role in positively influencing blood sugar regulation, energy levels, appetite control and metabolic health. This makes it an effective nutritional strategy for weight stability, performance and healthy ageing.
The presentation will outline the latest scientific findings on how to plan a metabolism-friendly first meal of the day. The focus is on protein, fibre, high-quality fats and functional plant compounds, as well as their impact on metabolism, hunger regulation and long-term health.
Using a modern morning routine as an example, the presentation will demonstrate how high-quality proteins, acacia fibre, MCT oil, matcha, mushroom coffee and selected micronutrients can be effectively combined to specifically support metabolism right from the start of the day. The nutritional science behind this is explained, as is how to put it into practice in everyday life.
