How are we different?
In liposomal formulations, the active ingredient molecules are encapsulated within lipids and can thus can be better absorbed through the intestinal walls and into cells. As a result, these formulations achieve higher availability than conventional powders, capsules or tablets. The liposomes in this water-soluble formula are significantly smaller than 500nm, offering high stability and effective absorption in the digestive tract.
In order to offer a genuine liposomal formulation with excellent availability, a certain ratio of active ingredient to phospholipids must be achieved; otherwise only emulsions are present, which offer no advantage. This product provides a a genuinely liposomal formulation with the highest possible concentration of quercetin to phospholipids (lecithins). We use a 100% natural, completely plant-based extract derived via food-grade ethanol extraction of the flowers of the Japanese pagoda tree (Sophora japonica). The phospholipids for our liposomal formulation come from pure sunflower lecithin – not soya lecithin – from sunflowers grown exclusively in the EU, predominantly Germany.
To achieve an effective liposomal formula with a high bioavailability, the product is stabilised exclusively with plant-based glycerol; natural malic acid produced by fermentation and rosemary extract also prevent oxidation, completely eliminating the use of citric acid. The product is bottled in light-protected and environmentally friendly amber glass instead of plastic, under the exclusion of oxygen.

Quercetin
Bioflavonoids, a class of plant compounds which includes quercetin, are the most abundant polyphenols (aromatic compounds) in the plant kingdom. As plant pigments, they are responsible for both the colouring of flowers and leaves as well as for protecting the plants against environmental damage.
Quercetin is particularly concentrated in the outer layers of plants and fruits in order to protect them. Foods rich in quercetin include grapes, apples and onions. Removing the skins or shells of such fruits and vegetables, however, effectively strips these foods of their quercetin. The name of this potent flavonoid is derived from the Latin "quercus" (oak) due to the high concentrations of the potent flavonoid discovered in the tree's bark. However, it is not only oak trees that are rich in quercetin; the bark and outer layers of other trees also contain large quantities of this antioxidative compound. The Japanese pagoda tree (Sophora japonica), from whose flowers we extract our 100% natural and bioavailable quercetin, contains exceptionally high amounts.

Directions
Take 10ml (approx. 2 teaspoons) daily with water or fruit juice. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before opening and keep refrigerated at all times thereafter. Consume within 8 weeks of opening. Shake well before each use.
Food Supplement
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
Storage
Store unopened between +2°C and +21°C. Store in the refrigerator at least 24 hours before opening and permanently after opening. Shake before each opening. Due to the natural origin of the raw materials, taste, viscosity and colour may vary between batches. Deposits may form at the bottom of the bottle, but this does not affect the quality.
The effervescent gas is a normal reaction of the ingredients at higher temperatures. As our product has a higher content of ingredients than comparable products, the reaction is somewhat stronger. The product can still be consumed without hesitation. The reaction is reversible at refrigerator temperature.
Use within 8 weeks. The product must not be frozen.
