Premium Bioactive Ingredients

  • Per daily dose (2 capsules): 500mg valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), 250mg pure hop flower extract (Humulus lupulus) and 200mg St. John's wort extract (Hypericum perforatum) with 200µg folic acid, 50µg vitamin B12 and 56.5mg magnesium.
  • Gently concentrated plant extracts: Indian valerian (10:1), St. John's wort (10-15:1) and hop flowers (4:1) from pure water-alcohol extracts without additional solvents
  • Folic acid as 99% pure 5-MTHF glucosamine, the bioactive form of vitamin B9, firmly bound to a glucosamine salt

How are we different?

Our Inner Balance Botanicals Complex is a compact functional formula that combines highly concentrated plant extracts with magnesium, folate and vitamin B12 to support normal psychological and nervous system function.

The foundation rests on premium botanicals: we use a 10:1 extract of Indian valerian root, the finest St John's wort extract (10:1 to 15:1) and a pure hop flower extract (4:1). We place particular emphasis on precise standardisation for active compounds, such as hypericin from St John's wort. Extraction of the botanicals is carried out with exceptional care using only water and alcohol, strictly avoiding solvents such as methanol, acetone or n-hexane.

For optimal micronutrient delivery, we select only the finest raw materials. For magnesium, we chose a highly bioavailable, organic magnesium bisglycinate compound. This is complemented by directly bioactive folate (5-MTHF glucosamine), which bypasses cellular conversion processes for immediate availability. The formula is rounded off with high-purity methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) in its active coenzyme form.

All ingredients are lab-tested, vegan and non-GMO. In line with our philosophy, we consistently refrain from using unnecessary additives.

For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG.

Directions
