How are we different?

Our HPU Multi Complex with magnesium, zinc, manganese and bioactive vitamin B6 was developed together with Dr. Katharina Burkhardt. The multinutrient blend has been designed as a comprehensive basic supplement for people with a special metabolic situation (HPU/KPU). This premium complex contains a vitamin B complex with bioactive B vitamins, including high doses of bioactive vitamin B6 for normal blood formation and heme synthesis and to support hormone metabolism. The minerals and trace elements magnesium, manganese and zinc are also contained in a variety of forms and high doses. This functional blend is rounded off with other selected vitamins and trace elements plus the amino acid glycine, coenzyme Q10 and L-carnitine.

The synergy of the high-dose nutrients contributes, among other things, to

  • normal energy metabolism (vitamins C, B1, B2, B5, B12, magnesium, manganese)
  • reducing fatigue (vitamins C, B5, B6, magnesium),
  • normal nervous system function and normal psychological function (vitamins C, B1, B6, B12, magnesium) and
  • protecting cells from oxidative stress (vitamin C, manganese, zinc).

The B vitamins B2, B5 and B6 are each contained in their active forms: vitamin B6 as PLP (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, vitamin B2 as FMN (riboflavin 5'-sodium phosphate) and vitamin B5 as D-calcium pantothenate. Vitamin B3 is contained as highly bioavailable, flush-free nicotinamide, vitamin B7 as pure D-biotin and vitamin B1 as thiamine HCl. For vitamin B9, we use the patented premium active ingredients Quatrefolic® and MagnafolatePro® with bioactive folate forms, which do not require any additional conversion steps in the body. For vitamin B12, we use a mixture of all 3 natural and bioactive forms of B12 (methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin and adenosylcobalamin). Each form fulfills very different tasks in the body and have different main effects. All three forms are always found together both in our bodies and in food.

In addition to this comprehensive B-complex, vitamin C is contained in the special active ingredient PureWay-C®. The special feature of this patented ingredient is that it is coated with bioflavonoids and plant-based fatty acids. The multivitamin blend is rounded off with vitamin A as vegan retinyl palmitate and specially produced vitamin D as vegan premium D3 raw material from a special production.

The mineral and trace element components of this complex are bioavailable and pure individual substances. Magnesium is contained in 4 particularly bioavailable forms: magnesium taurate, glycinate, malate and ascorbate. Zinc is represented by 3 chelates: zinc bisglycinate, lysinate and malate. Manganese takes the forms of manganese glycinate and gluconate. This complex is rounded off by chromium as chromium picolinate and selenium as inorganic sodium selenite.

This complex also contains coenzyme Q10 as a bioidentical form of ubiquinone produced by fermentation, completely plant-based L-carnitine and the amino acid L-glycine as a vegan pure substance.

We use special HPMC capsules as capsule shells which, unlike most other HPMC or pullulan capsules on the market, are manufactured 100% without the undeclared excipients carrageenan and PEG. We use light-protected and environmentally friendly amber glass instead of plastic for the packaging.

Dosage

Directions

Take 2 capsules twice daily with 200ml water after a meal. Start with a low dose and gradually increase to 4 capsules daily. It is recommended to take the capsules after meals (not on an empty stomach), particularly when starting to take this supplement. If there is a suspected sensitivity to methyl compounds (e.g., MTHFR mutation), we recommend switching to our HPU Multi Complex Sensitive without methylated vitamin forms.

Not suitable for children, adolescents or individuals who are pregnant.
