The innovative formula of our Glutathione 500 Complex Enhanced combines acetylated and liposomal glutathione with the patented branded vitamin C raw material PureWay-C®. The included vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

By combining S-acetyl-L-glutathione and liposomal glutathione, the complex utilises two parallel transport pathways in the body for optimised cellular coverage: S-acetyl-L-glutathione is an active, acetylated form of glutathione. The acetyl group protects the glutathione from breaking down in the stomach, is absorbed intact and ensures particularly high bioavailability, even at the cellular level. This is complemented by the fine liposomal glutathione powder, which is protectively embedded in a plant-based matrix of phospholipids and waxes. This special technology allows acid-stable passage through the stomach, optimised distribution in blood plasma and effective absorption via the lipid layer of the cells.

The complex is rounded off with patented PureWay-C®, a unique, synergistically active combination of vitamin C that achieves significantly higher absorption than conventional vitamin C supplements via its special coating of plant-based fatty acids and a citrus bioflavonoid complex. Due to this coating, the vitamin C is better absorbed into the blood and cells and has a long-lasting residence time. It is also gentle on the stomach. Furthermore, the coating is responsible for its high storage stability and good protection against oxidation.

In line with our True Clean Label philosophy, we pay uncompromising attention to the purity and origin of all raw materials. S-acetyl-L-glutathione is obtained through a multi-stage fermentation process from defined cultures of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, rather than petrochemical synthesis. The liposomal lipid matrix is processed using a purely mechanical method without any additional solvents.

For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG.
