Our high-quality ginger extract was developed in collaboration with specialists Dr. med. Sven Georgi and Dr. med. Thomas Fiedler. It is obtained from the root of ginger (Zingiber officinale) via a pure, food-grade water-ethanol extraction in a 10:1 ratio. No other solvents, such as methanol or acetone, are used, thus preserving the natural purity of the raw ingredients.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We use environmentally friendly amber glass jars for the packaging of this product.
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a tropical spice plant from the ginger family. It originates from Southeast Asia and has been used in cooking and traditional herbal medicine for thousands of years. The tuberous root (rhizome) of ginger is the most commonly used part of the plant and is characterised by its intense, spicy flavour and distinctive aroma. Ginger contains numerous beneficial phytochemicals, including valuable gingerols, which are responsible for the versatile properties and typical flavour of the rhizome.
Take 2-4 capsules with 200ml of water with a meal daily.
