Only freshly harvested, organic fruits are used for our premium freeze-dried raspberry collagen drops. After harvesting, the fruits are pureed, enriched with vegetarian collagen and inulin, then gently freeze-dried, thus preserving their valuable range of nutrients and guaranteeing their intense flavour. Our fruits are 100% natural and require no preservatives. They make a great snack or addition to muesli, porridge or yoghurt.

The freeze-dried puree is made from popular organic fruits such as raspberries, bananas and apples; it is further enriched with vegetarian collagen from Ovoderm®.
Raspberry
The raspberry (Rubus idaeus) belongs to the rose family (Rosaceae) and is native to Europe and North America; they thrive in temperate climates. Raspberries are technically not fruits themselves, rather "aggregate stone fruits," meaning each raspberry consists of many smaller individual fruits (drupes), which are grouped around a central cone. These drupes are the small, juicy balls that we see and feel when eating raspberries.
Banana
The banana (Musa cavendish) is the fruit of the evergreen herbaceous banana plant (also known as banana palm), which grows in clusters. The fruits of the banana plant are technically berries. The high content of complex and simple carbohydrates found in bananas makes them an excellent source of energy.
Apple
The apple (Malus domestica) is one of the world's most widely cultivated fruits. It belongs to the rose family (Rosaceae) and has a history dating back to ancient times. Originally from central Asia, apples are now cultivated in almost all temperate climate zones around the world. Apples are available in many varieties that differ in taste, colour and texture.
Vegetarian Collagen
To focus on skin and connective tissue, we have opted for 100% vegetarian collagen from the branded raw material Ovoderm®. This unique active ingredient combines collagen with naturally occurring elastin, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine and other glycosaminoglycans, forming a natural collagen complex. This provides a significant advantage over many other collagen products available on the market, especially those derived from non-vegetarian sources, as it significantly reduces the amount that needs to be ingested.
Through a patented manufacturing process, the Ovoderm® collagen complex is extracted from eggshell membranes. This membrane covers the inside of the eggshell and is particularly rich in structural proteins and other compounds which give the membrane its characteristic strength and elasticity.

Cultivation & Processing
Our freshly harvested fruits are pureed, enriched with vegetarian collagen and gently freeze-dried in order to preserve sensitive ingredients such as flavours and bioactives. In the first step, the enriched fruit purees are frozen at very low temperatures, freezing their water content. Next, the pressure is reduced and the temperature is slowly increased so that the ice transitions directly from a solid to a gas. This removes the majority of the water from the purees. In the final step, the remaining water is extracted, giving the drops their porous, light structure and extremely long shelf life.
This gentle freeze-drying method ensures the retention of the fruit's natural flavour and its full spectrum of nutrients. Our freeze-dried fruits can be enjoyed all year round with the added benefit of vegetarian collagen.
