How are we different?

Our Dopa Complex is a precisely formulated complex developed exclusively with nutrition expert Dr Alina Lessenich to support the biochemical foundations of mental energy and performance. The formula holistically addresses the physiological cascade by combining the amino acids L-phenylalanine and N-acetyl-L-tyrosine (NALT) with natural L-dopa from fava beans (Vicia faba). This matrix is supplemented by bioactive cofactors such as vitamins B6, B3 and C, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 also specifically contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Dopa Complex stands out with the intelligent sequencing of its ingredients. We utilise the principle of staggered release: L-phenylalanine serves as a long-term reservoir while N-acetyl-L-tyrosine (NALT) is more rapidly available due to its high water solubility; the fava bean extract provides natural phytochemicals. To ensure these precursors are metabolised efficiently, we consistently use the directly bioactive coenzyme form of vitamin B6 (PLP), which is immediately available as an enzymatic key without metabolic conversion. Another highlight is the inclusion of stabilised R-alpha-lipoic acid and bioactive curcumin as high-quality accompanying substances at a cellular level.

The selection of ingredients represents the current state of raw material research. We use a highly concentrated 30:1 fava bean (Vicia faba) extract, standardised to at least 5% natural L-dopa and obtained via gentle water-ethanol extraction. For specialised metabolic support, we use the premium branded raw material Bio-Enhanced® Na-RALA, a stabilised sodium salt of natural R-alpha-lipoic acid with superior bioavailability, as well as Curcumin C3 Reduct®, a patented tetrahydrocurcuminoid derivative already in its metabolically active form. Our amino acids L-phenylalanine and NALT are produced via completely plant-based fermentation and feature a laboratory-tested purity of over 98.5%. The blend is rounded off with 100% pure, freeze-dried organic wildcrafted bilberry powder from Europe.

For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG.

Dosage

Directions

Take 3 capsules twice daily (morning and evening) with 200ml water before a meal on an empty stomach.

Contraindications

Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding or for children under 18. Seek medical advice before use if you have liver or gallbladder disease or are taking medication such as anticoagulants, cancer drugs or immunosuppressants. Do not consume this product if taking other supplements containing curcumin and/or curcuminoids on the same day.
