Our SunGlow® Luxe Collagen Matcha combines high-quality SunGlow® Luxe bovine collagen hydrolysate (made from collagen types I and III), a 5-fold optimised next-generation collagen based on the strictly controlled branded raw material SunColl®, with premium Uji matcha from Yoshi En.
The special innovation lies in the exceptionally small size: the average molecular weight is reduced to only 500 daltons by gentle, purely enzymatic processes and filtration. This is smaller than conventional collagen powders, which often have 2000 to 4000 daltons or more.
At only 500 Da, the collagen particles are present as tripeptides (over 80% tripeptides), which is the ideal particle size for collagen and enables immediate absorption. This results in optimal bioavailability and strong signalling, which is why a significantly smaller portion is recommended: only 2g per day (4g here as it is combined with 2g matcha) instead of 15g or more.
Premium Matcha
Our Premium Uji Matcha from Yoshi En is sourced 100% from the first harvest (Ichibancha) in Kagoshima, Japan and is fully shaded for over 20 days, imparting its characteristic, creamy umami undertone and long-lasting sweetness. The leaves are gently and traditionally ground on granite stone mills in the Japanese city of Uji to ensure an exceptionally creamy texture. We guarantee the highest quality as well as purity and safety, regularly confirmed through comprehensive lab tests.
Premium Raw Material & Highest Purity
The high-quality collagen hydrolysate is based on our strictly controlled SunColl® standard and sourced exclusively from pasture-raised cattle. The animals have access to open pastures, fresh grass and water, ensuring the highest quality raw material which is transparently guaranteed by a seamless traceability system.
The entire production takes place via a gentle, purely enzymatic process. Apart from water, no solvents are used. The resulting collagen peptides are additionally processed via ion exchange to ensure exceptionally high purity. The collagen is free from antibiotic and hormone residues as well as any additives such as preservatives, sweeteners or flavours.
Excellent Solubility & Neutral Collagen Flavour
Our collagen powder is highly soluble as a result of microgranulation; this targeted physical refinement prevents clumping – which occurs with regular powders – as the porous granules allow liquids to penetrate immediately and deeply. The quality and specific size of the bioactive collagen peptides (500 Da) remain intact.
The formula's purity and absence of free amino acids give our SunGlow® Luxe Collagen Matcha a pleasant taste. It is heat-resistant (below boiling) and is ideal for stirring into hot or cold drinks and foods without altering their taste.
We use particularly high-quality, airtight flavour protection bags with zippers for packaging. These offer a high level of protection against moisture and external influences.
