Cyperus rotundus, often known as nutgrass, is a globally distributed herbaceous plant from the sedge (Cyperaceae) family. Cyperus rotundus forms underground, tuberous rhizomes, which are responsible for the propagation and storage of nutrients. The above-ground parts consist of narrow, grass-like leaves and upright stems that can grow up to 60 cm high. The plant's small brown flowers are rather inconspicuous and appear in loose spikes on the upright stems.

Directions

Take 1 capsule twice daily with 200ml of water, 30 minutes before meals.

Contraindications

Not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
