Cerepass DTX No. 1 is a comprehensive multi-nutrient developed in collaboration with nutrition expert Dr. Alina Lessenich to provide targeted support during demanding periods. The formula is designed to be taken in the morning and before bedtime and works synergistically with Cerepass DTX No. 2 for daytime support.
This product was developed to provide a synergistic matrix of botanical extracts, minerals, vitamins, amino acids and coenzymes that supports the body holistically. Through the combination of specific nutrients such as vitamin B12, folate, zinc and magnesium, the complex contributes – amongst other things – to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The combination of bioactive folate (5-MTHF) and vitamin B12 contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism – a vital process in which the metabolic by-product homocysteine is broken down. This formula intentionally avoids isolated standard compounds and instead provides a balanced composition modelled after the natural synergies found in food.
Our selection of ingredients represents the current state of raw material research. The patented branded raw material Magtein® (magnesium L-threonate) is a special chelated compound of magnesium and L-threonic acid which was developed at MIT. This premium raw material has a 100% pure active ingredient, is free from carriers and is standardised to 7.2–8.3% magnesium and at least 85% L-threonic acid.
As a pioneer in B12 products, our innovative Vitamin B12 MH3A® formula supplies B12 in the natural forms that the body also obtains from healthy foods: as a combination of all 3 natural and bioactive forms of vitamin B12. These 3 forms each fulfil diverse functions in the body and have different effect profiles. Our MH3A® formula contains all three in a balanced ratio and thus delivers an ideal and well-rounded supply of vitamin B12.
Together with folate in the form of the patented, glucosamine salt-bound Quatrefolic® (5-MTHF) that bypasses MTHFR for immediate use, this combination contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism – an essential process for the breakdown of metabolic intermediates and methylation.
The quality of this complex also stands out with our SAMe (S-adenosylmethionine) – instead of unstable compounds, we use a stabilised form produced by fermentation of yeast with a laboratory-tested (S,S)-isomer content of over 75%. This is supplemented by a particularly pure chelated zinc complex made from 100% bioavailable zinc bisglycinate.
The formula is rounded off with a special cordyceps mushroom extract derived from the authentic mycelium strain Paecilomyces hepiali. This extract is produced by liquid fermentation, resulting in the exact profile of polysaccharides and adenosine found in the wild caterpillar fungus. The highly pure extract is concentrated in a ratio of 12:1 and triple-standardised for the key active ingredients.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG.
