How are we different?

Our Bloomup Teen Complex for young women was developed in close cooperation with Dr. Katharina Maria Burkhardt MSc. It features vitamin B6 to help regulate hormonal activity, iron to contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and zinc to support the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and the maintenance of normal skin.

This innovative and unique formula is composed of a synergistic blend of hand-selected active ingredients produced via pure manufacturing processes. It contains a vitamin B complex featuring vitamin B1 as thiamine HCl; vitamin B2 as riboflavin sodium phosphate; vitamin B3 as highly bioavailable and flush-free nicotinamide; vitamin B5 as bioactive D-calcium pantothenate; vitamin B6 as the directly bioactive coenzyme form PLP (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate); vitamin B9 as bioactive L-methylfolate (L-5-MTHF); and vitamin B12 as the natural vitamin B12 form methylcobalamin. This is combined with premium Sunferol® vitamin D3 sourced from sustainably grown pine trees, magnesium bound to malic acid and iron and zinc bound to the amino acid glycine.

The complex also includes mushroom and botanical extracts, including lion's mane extract (Hericium erinaceus) with 30% polysaccharides, premium saffron extract (Crocus sativus) derived via pure water-ethanol extraction, sustainably grown reishi extract with 30% polysaccharides derived via pure water-ethanol extraction and shatavari root extract (Asparagus racemosus) standardised to 20% saponins.

For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We use environmentally friendly amber glass for the packaging of this product.

Effects

According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA):

  • Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity
  • Vitamin B5 contributes to the maintenance of mental performance
  • Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and magnesium contribute to normal psychological function and normal energy metabolism
  • Iron and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
  • Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and the maintenance of normal hair, skin, nails and bones
  • Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth

Dosage

Directions

Take 2 capsules twice daily with 200ml water before or with a meal.
