Our black cumin extract is obtained from the seeds of black cumin (Nigella sativa) via pure water-ethanol extraction in a ratio of 35:1. No other solvents such as methanol or acetone are used, thus preserving the natural purity of the raw material. This extract is standardised to contain 20% thymoquinones.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in environmentally friendly amber glass.
Black cumin (Nigella Sativa) is popularly known as "Catherine's flower" and belongs to the buttercup family. Black cumin is used as a spice and in traditional herbal medicine.
Täglich 1 Kapsel (pro Kapsel 500 mg Schwarzkümmel-Extrakt) mit 200ml Wasser nach einer Mahlzeit auf vollen Magen einnehmen.
Hinweis: Die Menge von 1 Kapsel täglich sollte nicht ohne expliziten ärztlichen oder therapeutischen Rat überschritten und auch nicht über einen längeren Zeitraum eingenommen werden (max. 3 Monate). Es wird empfohlen die Einnahme auf 2 Zyklen aufzuteilen. Bei Magen-Darm-Beschwerden oder anderen Nebenwirkungen sollte die Einnahme unterbrochen werden.
