How are we different?
Our Fermented Bitter Drops contain precious bitter compounds from 21 organic botanicals, including artichoke, dandelion, wormwood, milk thistle and gentian. Following the maceration of the plants, the multi-stage PSF® fermentation process takes place, enzymatically unlocking the bitter constituents. This process also gently dissolves lipophilic substances, converting them into their bioavailable form. The organic beet sugar serves solely as nourishment for the microorganisms and is almost entirely metabolised during the weeks-long fermentation process (<0.5g/100g).
Many alcohol-free bitter drops on the market mask natural bitterness with artificial sweetness or acidity. Our fermented bitter drops rely on the pure power of nature: through the time-tested PSF® fermentation process, we extract the bitter compounds from 21 organic botanicals completely without alcohol, glycerol or cider vinegar. The result is a vibrant, unpasteurised premium product of true raw-food quality that is sugar-free, highly bioavailable and gentle on the body.
Natural sediment or a slight fizz when opening the bottle is a testament to the vitality of our high-quality organic fermentation cultures and will subside after a short time in the refrigerator. We use environmentally friendly amber glass jars for the packaging of this product.

Directions
Take 10 drops (approx. 1g) 1-2 times daily before or after a meal.
Note: Our product contains live microorganisms and is unpasteurised. To ensure maximum freshness and quality, we recommend avoiding contact between the dropper and your tongue during use.
Fine strands, flakes or a small sediment may form. These are aggregations of natural fermentation cultures and a mark of superior organic quality. Due to agitation or temperature fluctuations (e.g. during transit), naturally bound carbon dioxide (CO2) can temporarily escape from the liquid. This may cause a slight hiss or pressure in the dropper upon opening. Once chilled in the refrigerator, the gas rebinds completely into the liquid.
