How are we different?
Our barley grass (Hordeum vulgare) comes from controlled organic cultivation in Germany, and it is 100% GMO-free. The barley grass is grown sustainably in Bavaria and processed using a patented manufacturing process that treats the grasses gently and preserves the valuable plant substances. After harvesting, the young, green stalks are carefully sieved, cut and dried with plenty of ventilation and gently heated to eliminate germs. The barley grass is then finely ground for optimal solubility and to preserve the valuable ingredients as much as possible.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in environmentally friendly amber glass.
Barley Grass
Barley grass (lat. Hordeum vulgare) is one of nature's most powerful superfoods and refers to the young, still green shoots of the ancient grain, which has been cultivated for thousands of years and has not been genetically modified. The green shoots of barley grass, which later develop into the typical cereal stalks, already contain the full range of valuable ingredients that the barley grain needs to grow. They are also what give cereal grasses, such as barley grass, a special position among natural foods as absolute superfoods.

Directions
Take 2–4 capsules (500 mg barley grass per capsule) daily with 200ml water approx. 30 minutes before mealtimes.
