How are we different?

Our Sunday Vitamin Gummies are made with natural, particularly aromatic fruit juice concentrates and fruit purees. The careful concentration process is critical to the gummies' characteristic fruity flavor and soft bite.

The production process requires gelling agents that guarantee sufficient firmness and the characteristic bite, as well as coating agents that prevent the gummies from sticking together. For our vitamin gummies we use the pure vegetable gelling agent pectin. We completely avoid animal gelatine, which is often obtained from low-quality slaughterhouse waste, as well as modified starches. The latter are often used as a vegetable alternative to gelatin, but these are often chemically modified starches, which are not described in detail. We use coconut, canola fat and carnauba wax as coating agents, so our vitamin gummies are 100% vegan.

Usually, the use of artificial sweeteners or sugar substitutes is common in the production of Vitamin Gummies. Our Vitamin Gummies are made completely without artificial sweeteners or sugar substitutes, as well as without the additional addition of sugar. From a legal point of view, the term "no added sugar" may also be used for products containing sweeteners such as maltitol syrup, although strictly speaking this is a type of sugar. The fruity sweetness of our Vitamin Gummies comes exclusively from the fruit ingredients used and the fructose naturally contained therein. Note: For production reasons, up to 20mg of rice dextrin is used as a carrier per gummy.

Also with the flavors we set on naturalness and use the full natural flavor from fruits. In many cases, cheap synthetic flavors are used or "natural" flavors obtained with the help of molds or genetically modified microorganisms. The same applies to the colorants used to enhance the natural color of the fruit ingredients. These are often obtained synthetically. In our Vitamin Gummies we do not add any colorants. The color of the gummies comes purely from the natural fruit concentrates and purees.

So-called acidity regulators are also required. Inexpensive citric acid, which is also obtained with the help of molds or genetically modified microorganisms, or phosphate compounds such as tricalcium phosphate are often used for this purpose. Better alternatives are ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and citrate compounds such as tripotassium citrate, which are used in our vitamin gummies.

In addition, our Vitamin Gummies are 100% gluten and soy free.

The Bacillus subtilis Berry Gummies are characterized by their fruity berry flavor of blackberry, raspberry, strawberry and cherry. Each gummy contains 1 billion CFU of B. subtilis.

As packaging we use light-resistant and environmentally friendly amber glass instead of plastic.
