- Complex and powerful flavour with vegetal hints of chicory, celery, broad beans and lettuce; the noble bitterness is pronounced and the spicy seasoning very present.
- Excellent for bruschetta with tomatoes, octopus carpaccio, swordfish salad, grilled radicchio, bean soup, risotto with porcini mushrooms, grilled tuna, oven-broiled red meat and game, hard, mature cheeses.
