Taste: Fresh, delicately bitter taste with spicy aromatic notes of broad beans and celery and varying degrees of pungency
Aroma: Intensely fruity, rounded aroma with notes of tomato, white apple, banana, basil, mint and parsley
Colour: Intense, clear golden yellow with slight green tones
Food: Excellent for bruschetta, salad dressings, legume purée, steamed prawns, salmon pasta, baked lamb or poultry, goat's cheese or chocolate ice cream with a pinch of salt
