The milk used comes exclusively from grass-fed, free-range cows in Germany and the EU. Animal welfare, well-being and health have top priority. In accordance with the ‘Five Freedoms’ animal welfare programme, the dairy cows live in a natural environment with their fellow cows and have unrestricted access to food and water. The whey protein concentrate is extracted from the whey using a gentle filtration process. This has a natural fat and lactose content and a full amino acid spectrum.
