Animal welfare, well-being and health have top priority. In accordance with the "Five Freedoms" animal welfare programme, the dairy cows live in a natural environment with their fellow cows and have unrestricted access to food and water. The whey protein concentrate or whey protein isolate is extracted from the whey using a careful filtration process.

Whey Protein

Whey protein is whey protein obtained from whey. Depending on the type of production, it is differentiated into whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate and clear whey protein isolate (clear whey). All whey proteins are characterised by a very high protein content and a high biological value due to their full amino acid profile including all essential (EAA) and branched-chain (BCAA) amino acids. The biological value indicates how well a dietary protein can be converted into the body's own protein.

Whey protein concentrate has a naturally higher fat and lactose (carbohydrate) content than whey protein isolate.

Directions

Mix 30g powder in 200ml cold water. Consume 1-3 portions daily, preferably in the morning and evening and after exercising.

Daily Requirements

According to current scientific findings, the daily protein requirement is around 1.5-2 grams per kilogramme of body weight.
The recommendations of the DGE (German Nutrition Society) are 0.8 g/kg body weight per day for adults.
