Taste: Intensely fruity with elegant notes of wild herbs, slight bitterness and varying pungency
Aroma: Fruity and round, rich in notes of tomato, white apple, banana, basil, mint and parsley
Colour: Intense, clear green
Food: Excellent for bruschetta, grilled vegetables, leaf salads, porcini mushroom salad, legume soups, pasta with vegetables, roasted poultry or steamed shellfish
