Our complex supports the nervous system and normal psychological function, and helps protect cells from oxidative stress, with vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P5P)), B1 (as thiamine HCl), zinc and manganese. It is combined with amino acids such as L-theanine, taurine and GABA, plus functional mushroom extracts of Cordyceps sinensis, reishi and hericium, and select herbs, roots and superfoods such as Rhodiola rosea, green tea with EGCG, schisandra, tulsi, jiaogulan, ashwagandha and liquorice root.

This composition is more than an ordinary multi-nutrient complex. Almost all individual ingredients come from purely natural sources. Our concentrated botanical extracts are made from premium raw materials from the world's finest growing regions, obtained exclusively through pure water and alcohol extraction (food grade).

The complex contains a nutrient complex of highly bioavailable, well-tolerated manganese as manganese gluconate and zinc as zinc bisglycinate, alongside vitamin B1 as thiamine HCl, vitamin B6 in its bioactive form P5P, and vitamin D3 as the registered branded raw material Sunferol®, our vegan custom formulation from pine, free from any hidden additives or excipients. The amino acid GABA comes from non-GMO fermentation, L-theanine from a specialised extraction process using green tea, and taurine is of the highest quality. The functional mushroom extracts of Cordyceps sinensis, hericium and reishi offer a unique natural compound profile, obtained from whole fruiting bodies of mushrooms grown in the untouched nature of one of China's most renowned regions for functional mushrooms. The complex also contains extracts of traditionally proven plants, such as Rhodiola rosea, jiaogulan, schisandra, tulsi, ashwagandha and green tea, produced entirely without extraction agents such as methanol, n-hexane or acetone. The rhodiola root extract is natural, wild-harvested in the pristine Altai Mountains of Siberia, and retains the full range of valuable plant constituents. Ashwagandha is included as KSM-66® root extract with a high concentration of 5% withanolides. Jiaogulan extract (4:1) comes from certified cultivation without plant protection products, hand-harvested and gently processed over several careful steps. Pure liquorice root extract has a standardised content of 20% glycyrrhizin. EGCG green tea extract is made from pesticide-free green tea, with 99.8% polyphenols, 70.7% catechins and 46.8% EGCG. Tulsi is included as original Holixer™, also known as "holy basil", in the highest quality as a pure alcohol extract (food grade).
