Flavour: Intense flavour, characterised by vegetal notes of tomato and thistle, aromatic hints of Mediterranean herbs and spicy nuances of black pepper, balanced bitterness and pungency.
Aroma: Medium to intense fruitiness, defined herbal notes reminiscent of green tomato, freshly cut grass and basil, hints of artichoke and aromatic herbs.
Shade: green with a golden shimmer
