The traditional olive farm Nobleza del Sur was awarded "The Best Green Farm" by Flos Olei in 2022 and received 99 points from Flos Olei for its oil mill in 2021. The olive oil has also won the gold medal twice - in 2021 and 2019 - in the internationally recognized Olive Japan competition.

Olive Farm

Aceites Nobleza del Sur is a relatively new olive farm, but its olive tree groves are home to a long tradition of olive oil production. The ancestors of the current owners began cultivating olive trees here in 1640. Today the farm encompasses more than 300ha. Since 2001, the farm has ensured that the entire process is organic from tree to bottle. Three generations work together at the Aceites Nobleza del Sur to carry on tradition paired with the latest technologies, highest quality standards and flavourful olive oils.

The olives, which grow at an altitude of 650m, have an exceptional aroma and are rich in polyphenols.

Cultivation & Processing

The olives for the organic olive oil of Aceites Nobleza del Sur grow on an area of over 300 hectares in the province of Jaen in northeastern Andalusia. The region offers climatically perfect conditions for the growth of olive trees, which is why much of the landscape there is covered by them. The Mediterranean climate and the fertile soil around the Guadalimar River give the olive oil its fruity profile and special character.
