Recommended Dosage

Take 2 capsules (250mg activated charcoal per capsule) with 200ml water 2-3 times daily, before or shortly after mealtimes.

Note: It is recommended to wait 1 hour between consuming activated charcoal and taking medication. A possible blackening of the stool is normal and is not indicative of damage.

Food Supplement

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements cannot replace a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
