How are we different?

Our balancing Yin Yang spray with C'B'D uniquely combines the full effect spectrum of high-quality, 10% C'B'D hemp oil with the harmonising aromas of lemon peel, immortelle, rosemary and ginger essential oils, plus boronia absolute.

There are two types of C'B'D oils on the market: those that offer C'B'D as an isolated ingredient, either produced synthetically or completely chemically purified, and those that offer C'B'D as a full-spectrum extract, which retains all the natural, potent phytochemicals, including terpenes, lipids, polyphenols and flavonoids. The positive effects of natural extracts can far outweigh those of isolated compounds due to what is known as the entourage effect, where a synergistic interplay occurs between the natural hemp compounds.

Although isolated C'B'D products have a milder taste and are more affordable, we choose to offer C'B'D oils derived through a gentle ethanol extraction that retains not only the C'B'D, but also 2-3% other cannabinoids and hundreds of other substances including terpenes, polyphenols and flavonoids, which all contribute to the entourage effect. Furthermore, because the extraction is performed without chemical solvents such as N-hexane and acetone, we are able to offer a completely pure C'B'D oil. The golden colour of the oil reflects its unique quality.

Our hand-selected blend of yin-strengthening essential oil of immortelle, yang-strengthening essential oils of cinnamon, rosemary and ginger and yin and yang-strengthening lemon peel essential oil and Boronia absolute creates a balanced, fruity and spicy aroma that rounds off the spray in a unique way.

Our cinnamon essential oil is sourced from cinnamon trees cultivated in Madagascar without the use of plant protection products, where climatic conditions allow them to develop a particularly aromatic and sweet flavour. Following harvest, the fragrant bark is processed via gentle steam distillation, which produces a sweet, earthy and warm essential oil.

Our immortelle essential oil is extracted from certified organic, wildcrafted flowers grown in France. Following collection, the flowers are gently steam distilled to produce a fresh, floral essential oil with earthy and woody notes.

The rosemary used for our essential oil is wildcrafted on the Mediterranean island of Corsica, where it benefits from optimal climatic conditions and mineral-rich soils. The twigs are carefully collected by hand, then gently steam distilled into an aromatic and herbaceous essential oil with sweet and spicy notes.

Our ginger essential oil is extracted from hand-harvested ginger root, grown in central Madagascar at an elevation of 1,000m, where the sunny, tropical climate and nutrient-rich soil offer optimal growing conditions for the plant. The roots are hand-harvested by local farmers from May to November, then cleaned and grated. They are processed directly on-site for around four to five hours according to the highest quality standards. This process allows for the production of a particularly spicy, tangy and fresh essential oil.

Our lemon essential oil is extracted from the peels of lemons grown in Sicily without the use of plant protection products. The fruits are harvested between the months of October and May, when they are fully ripe. Sicily is known for its intensely aromatic lemons, which thrive there due to the climatic conditions and the quality of the soil. The essential oil is gently cold pressed from fresh lemon peels.

Our Boronia absolute is obtained from fresh, wildcrafted flowers and leaves from rural Tasmania. There, the optimal climatic conditions allow it to develop its intensely aromatic, floral and woody aromas, with fruity notes of berries.

All components of our C'B'D oils are sourced from pesticide-free cultivation. We use ultra-pure coconut MCT oil as a carrier oil, which guarantees a long shelf-life as well as optimal absorption of the fat-soluble phytochemicals.
