Sui Tong Cha

Rare green tea specialty from the fabled Shao Wu Mountains, known as the home of the mystical Tao master Zhang Sanfeng. The rocky, impassable and spatially limited terroir at an altitude of over 1400m results in very low crop yields and makes this tea very rare. The mineral-rich soils and the secluded location give rise to a distinctly aromatic, very complex top tea, which has won many awards.
