Sannenbancha

A green tea rarity. The high polysaccharide content results in a mild sweetness. Either stored for 3 years (jukusei) or grown for 3 years (koba). Low in caffeine, very alkaline, yang, macrobiotic. Sourced directly from leading tea farms in Japan, and tested in a German laboratory.
