
Red Oolong
So-called "red" oolong is a special type of the genre, which undergoes a comparatively more intensive oxidation, during which it develops very sweet aromas similar to high-quality black tea. Our Taiwan Red Oolong in particular, made from the aromatic cultivar Ying Xiang, offers Taiwan Oolong typical fine roasted notes as well as a rich honey-sweetness and notes of apricot.
