Mizudashi Sencha Soo Yutakamidori Organic 100g (94/98 P.)

A pure Yutakamidori Cultivar, which is ideal for cold brew preparation due to the deeper steaming and the special Mizudashi Cut. Yutakamidori is relatively rich in amino acids / umami and in special catechins (bitter substances), so that the tea simultaneously shows a lot of sweetness and a strong noble bitterness. At the same time it is very refreshing, fruity and activating. All this predestines it for a premium iced tea.
