Important to us

Saji are Japanese teaspoons for portioning tea leaves, mostly made of either wood or metal. They are shaped in such a way that the tea leaves can easily be measured and transferred from the container to the teapot. The saji can be stored conveniently alongside the tea leaves in a tea caddy.
