Cold Brew & Iced Tea
A selection of our best teas for refreshing cold brews and iced teas. To cold brew tea, simply add cold water to your tea of choice and leave to infuse in the refrigerator.
Green Teas
Our selection of fine Yutakamidori senchas. Cold infusions emphasise the strong, full-bodied notes of this rare southern cultivar, while the deep fukamushi steaming process it undergoes enables an even fuller extraction of its aromas without the bitter compounds. Also available as summery Mizudashi Sakura Rose, flavoured with organic cherry leaves and rose petals.
White Teas
Cold brewing specifically emphasises white tea's typical buttery and lightly creamy notes of vanilla. Our highly popular organic Moonlight Yunnan is also available as a top-quality Earl Grey with organic bergamot oil. Alternatively, our Ya Bao white bud tea from Yunnan is appreciated for its unique flavour profile, featuring a refreshing character of exotic fruit notes with a hint of spice.
Black Teas
When brewing tea cold, the usually powerful herbal notes of black tea shift into the background, making space for the tea's fine, aromatic nuances. Our top darjeeling teas therefore feature highly aromatic floral notes as well as strong notes of nutmeg and an indulgent sweetness when brewed cold. The valuable Dian Hong from Yunnan, on the other hand, features malty notes of whiskey, for a sweet, nectary and full-bodied taste experience.
Cold Brew Flasks & Bottles
The ideal tea accessories to enjoy Mizudashi at home and on the go from the Cold Brew expert Hario from Japan, as well as a classy carafe from Studio Metzner for the stylish presentation of Cold Brew tea.
Cold Brew Vacuum Flasks
Practical and elegant flasks from the traditional Japanese brand Kinto, ideal for keeping cold brew cold in the summer. High-quality stainless steel with a powder-coated surface. Vacuum insulated with a 360-degree drinking lid.
Iced Tea
Here you can find a selection of our best teas to use for brewing a refreshing iced tea. Iced tea is first made hot—to cool it down, simply add ice cubes, leave it in the fridge or water the infusion down with cold water. For a magnificently intense, powerful flavour.
