Premium set of 4 organic Japanese green teas for daily enjoyment: gyokuro (fully shaded, ideal for the morning), sencha (1st harvest, mornings and afternoons), bancha (afternoons and evenings), and matcha (a special treat for any time). All teas are from the most recent harvest and sourced directly from the farm.

Organic Gyokuro Shibushi, Premium (92/100 p.)
This masterful gyokuro is the perfect tea for those who want to drink a larger quantity of gyokuro. Pleasant umami with a full-bodied and strong flavour. The taste is balanced between a distinctive sweetness and lightly bitter notes, very nourishing.
Organic Sencha Kirishima, Premium (93/100 p.)
A mountain sencha with a well-rounded taste, from the choice terroir of Makizono in Kirishima. The high elevation in the idyllic Kirishima Mountains lends this tea a pleasant taste that is full of character, yet sweet and mild. The leaves of the southern cultivars in this blend yield a full-bodied taste as a result of the superb growing conditions of the terroir as well as the brief steaming of the leaves themselves.
Organic Bancha Kaori, Premium (92/100 p.)
Aromatic and fresh, low caffeine organic bancha made from the rare kariban (刈番) middle harvest before the meban harvest. Custom-made for Sunday by the renowned organic farms Nishi and Nuruki Seicha in Kagoshima. Ideal as an evening tea.
Organic Matcha Uji, Premium (92/100 p.)
Premium quality matcha from the top region of Uji. Organic, 100% from the 1st harvest, granite milled in Uji. Strong umami, balanced with only slight bitterness. 40g tin
Organic Sencha Kirishima
Premium organic sencha from Kagoshima Prefecture in southern Japan. The tea fields are at 670m elevation in the prime terroir of Makizono in the Kirishima Mountains. Masterful blend of full-bodied southern cultivars and yabukita. Nutritious and ideal for daily enjoyment. 100g. Also available as a 500g bulk package.
