The cherry blossom is one of the most emblematic symbols of Japanese culture. The tradition of adding sakura blossom and leaves (桜の葉) to green tea is centuries old, and is particularly popular during the Japanese Cherry Blossom Festival (Hanami; 花見). We use rare fermented sakura leaves in organic quality, with an intense, almondy sweet and delicately sour aroma.
